Let me come straight to the point.

The Internet is an incredible promotional tool for independent musicians. You can get radio play, grow a fan base, create a distribution channel, manufacture and sell CDs and music downloads all online. You can use the Internet to create an amazing amount of exposure for your music. Wouldn't it be great if literally thousands of people heard your music every single day? What if you could use your web site to sell 50, 100 or even 200 CDs every month? Not to mention all the digital downloads of your music you can sell via iTunes, Rhapsody, Yahoo and dozens of other online retailers. Guess what? It doesn't take a brain-surgeon to make it happen, but it does take a lot of hard work – and you need to know what you're doing.

Honestly,I have read the whole passage on Public Performance Royalties and I must admit that i've learned more about business promotion involving the Internet in one passage, than I would have learned in years including "Trial and Error".I strongly feel that this information is "Vital" for those who really want to learn and grow in this business."Thanks alot".

i think that it is good to take your time into getting the right type of exposer to the music that u want your fans to listen that is basically the best way about doing things correctly because you want to make a big impression to the local listeners that are trying to understand what type of feel you are bringing

The power of globilization through the internat is immense. with this power i plan to spread my message throug my music to the four corners of the earth. I will not be stopped by any technicality that may arise and i will rule the internet and the globe through my music.
